In January of 2017 Jennifer Smith, Regional Manager; and Anne Ingram, Community Executive Director for Chesapeake Bay Management, earned the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®) designation through the Community Associations Institute (CAI). The PCAM designation is the highest professional recognition available nationwide to managers who specialize in community association management. Jennifer and Anne will be awarded her PCAM® pin at the CAI National Conference in Las Vegas, NV in May of 2017.
