On July 17, 2003, Ms. Shotts-Neff, President of Chesapeake Bay Management, Inc. was awarded the prestigious Large Scale Manager™ designation from the Community Associations Institute (CAI).
This professional certification is awarded only to experienced large scale managers who hold an active Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM)® designation. A large-scale community is defined as a single, contiguous community with a minimum of 1,200 units and 1,000 acres, and an annual operating budget of at least $1.5 million.
Ms. Neff’s culmination of experience as a large-scale manager and commitment to professional training has qualified her for CAI’s most exclusive designation. Ms. Neff is one of only four managers in the state of Virginia to obtain this specialist designation, and one of only twenty-four nationwide.
